The rapid growth of geographic information technologies in the field processing and analysis spatial data has led to a significant increase role systems various fields human activity. However, solving complex problems requires use large amounts data, efficient storage on on-board recording media their transmission via communication channels. This leads need create new effective methods compression remote sensing Earth. possibility using fractal functions for image processing, which were transmitted satellite radio channel spacecraft, is considered. obtained by such system presented form aerospace images that be processed analyzed order obtain about objects are displayed. An algorithm constructing encoding–decoding class continuous depend finite set parameters have properties investigated. mathematical model used called iterative functions. encoding process time consuming because it performs number transformations calculations. due this, high degree achieved. an interesting property—knowing initial sets numbers, we can easily calculate value function, but when values function known, very difficult return values, there huge combinations.
